What you like most about being a business owner: Being able to work directly with my clients, doing creative work that produces results for my clients.
Least: I least like dealing with paperwork.

What I like most about having a home office: It’s a peaceful environment. And I do not have to fight traffic twice a day.
Least: It is sometimes hard to turn it off when the day is done. It’s easier to overwork.

Advice: You have to be focused. You cannot let household chores or interruptions throw you off track. You can’t let the dishes in the sink bother you.

Biggest business mistake: Not looking for help sooner. At first you try to do everything but as I got busier it took me too long to delegate.

What you like most about being a Cose member: Knowing that there are a large number of business owners just like myself willing to help. You’re never really alone.

Three personal traits critical to my success: Attention to detail, listening and delivering great work on time.

Advice you live by: Tell the truth and never give up.
