What do you like most about being a business owner? The opportunity to work with such a varied number of companies, industies and individuals and the freedom to create unique solutions for our clients.

Least? Sometimes you have to wear too many hats.

What do you like most about having a home office? The commute - especially during the winter months.

Least? You can get cabin fever. I miss the normal office interaction - the water cooler.

Advice to anyone considering starting a home-based business: Dedicate space for work only. Keep a regular business schedule - stay focused and do not accept non-business interruptions.

Biggest business mistake: Not spending enough on marketing our company early on. Since we figured that out the return on investment has been tremendous.
